Skye & Lochalsh Veterans 8 Balfron Rovers Old Crocks 4

Well done to everyone that participated in the charity game in Kyleakin on Saturday 19 March 2016. The Skye & Lochalsh Veterans were down 3-2 at half time and after a stern talking to by the 'Special One' they found their form and ran out winners by 8 goals to 4. This tally for Skye & Lochalsh apparently included a world class penalty which we are sure will become legendary in football tall-tales in years to come.

To date £1650 has been raised for Lucky2BHere funds. A superb effort and well done to John 'Slippy' Finlayson who took on the challenge of organising the charity event. Thanks also to Balfron Rovers Old Crocks for travelling north and we trust you all had a great visit to Skye & Lochalsh.
