Being active is the single best thing you can do for your health!
In fact being inactive has a worse effect on your health than smoking, diabetes and obesity all added together!
Can everyone safely exercise? - well in terms of 30 minutes walking probably yes! Of course anyone with a health problem should probably get a little bit of advice to make sure they are doing the right type of activity for them. Getting active is probably the best thing we can all do for our long-term health!
