Increasing Community Resilience through Free Emergency Life Support Training

Lucky2Bhere is committed to saving lives through education. Our Emergency Life Support Training offers members of the public the opportunity to gain the essential knowledge, skills and confidence required to take decisions and act in a life threatening emergency. Lucky2Bhere never just provides communities with a defibrillator, expecting people to instinctively know how to use it.
Our training is based on the latest Resuscitation Council UK guidelines.

Our Trainers come to your community and take you through the L2BH Emergency Life Support course. We welcome everyone to our sessions who would like to learn life saving skills and train people of all ages and abilities.
The 2 to 2.5 hours course includes watching demonstrations, listening explanations, talking through key skills and then practice, practice, practice! You will leave the training the confidence and skills to put someone in the recovery position, perform basic life support, use an automated external defibrillator (AED), deal with a choking adult or child and recognise and manage a life threatening situation.
